- The staff were courteous, friendly and professional. The room was clean and spacious.
- Clean convenient
- Location to all I needed to get to. Access easily places to pick up last minute things
Cons -
- Warning! They gave stranger a key to my room and also booked them into my room (after 11:00pm someone attempted to enter my room, later the front desk called, woke me up demanding to know my last name. Not cool!!! Nor was $4.50 for a medium black coffee.
- Kids and adults running and screaming through hallways into the middle of the night. Understaffed. Staff abused and yelled at by guests. Guests out of control.
- Lack of options for meals. Breakfast 630 to 9 then dinner 5 to 10p. Provisions needed to at the very least, keep the Bistro open with more variety......
