Clean rooms clean linens hot water great breakfast great location and good overall environment

They didn’t have lotion in the rooms

We had an end room and it was very quiet. The room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and polite. We would stay here again on our next trip east.

Fine property to stay at passing through. Clean and comfortable. Staff on arrival were polite and helpful. Easy parking was a big plus. Beds were very firm and not for me but I get that is personal taste.

The hotel was nice. Modern, clean Conveniently located

Although everything else was great, the bed was so uncomfortable I’d never choose this location again. For the price you’re paying, to not be able to get a good nights sleep is unacceptable.

Front desk receptionist was amazing. Room was clean.

Good location, close to the airport

TV in our room did not work. We called down for assistance and we’re told to turn it off and back on…still didn’t work. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

The location was great.

Most of the staff was nice and greeted you, but the manager didn’t greet you she just looked at you and went on with her business, she didn’t represent the hotel in a good light.

Location was great, right off highway.

In my reservation, I stated the need for allergy free pillows due to feather allergies. I was told that there were no more pillows to give, so my family slept with no pillows. It took three phone calls and one hour and a half to get sheets for me to make up my children’s pull out bed. The free coffee was cold.
