The lady at the desk was nice
The family that runs the hotel is extremely committed to customer service.
nothing. Stayed here before and it was fine. Not now - new management? New staff? Whatever it is, never going back except to get my money.

Cons -

The carpet was nasty. The room smelled bad. The air conditioner was very loud and rickety. The bed felt like a sheet wrapped in stone. The pillows were the saddest little 2 inch neck breakers. The pool was permanently closed so don't believe the photos
Claimed they never got my reservation. But were happy to charge me a second time for a room. That upset me, and I passed. And even though they had my name, I was still charged for the room that I didn't stay in.
