- The North tower's elevator is ridiculous- long lines just to get up to the rooms,
- Broken elevators. We were on 19th floor had to use emergency stairs a few times in 115 heat it’s much. Pet friendly so people left whining dogs overnight and I had to listen to this mess. I paid extra $100 for an upgraded suite wanted a better experience.

Close to the river.

The river was the best part.
The room was dirty. The pillows were stained it did look like they were change. The carpet was dirty stained by the window. The bathroom had hair and mold. The room was next to the housekeeping storage. The hold night the door slamming all night.
