Breakfast was very good, with a good selection of food. Room was clean with plenty of bathroom towels.

Was really not a problem, but the lobby, check in counter was under renovation.

Plenty of parking.

Was unable to get digital key after check in until going to front desk. The hall way that lead to our room was freezing and caused the bathroom to our room to always be cold. The beds were not as comfortable compared to other Hamptons by Hilton we have stayed at. The water pressure in the shower was very low. The charging ports in the bed side table didn't work.

Very nice staff. Ample parking. Good location for my needs. Liked the fitness/exercise room, everything there including disinfecting wipes, filtered water, towels and disposable ear buds.

Carpets could stand to be rejuvenated.

Breakfast was good with a good variety to choose from. The location was great due to it being surrounded by shops and plenty of place to eat at.

Pool is kind of small.

Great location. Very safe, quiet and close to shopping establishments. Breakfast was perfect.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was decent. You always had an egg meat waffle choice with a variety of pastries and cereal.

Air conditioning too noisy. It was difficult to sleep.

The false accusation of smoking inside was offensive to me as I don't smoke.

The location was good. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was reasonably clean, and stocked appropriately. The air conditioning worked. There were no bugs.

The tub floor was extremely slippery and dangerous. The main reason we chose Hampton Inn was because we enjoyed the above average breakfast served at your other locations. The breakfast served at this location was not satisfactory. The eggs were horrible, there were no potatoes, the oatmeal was lumpy and watery. There was no half and half for coffee-only fake creamer. The pastry was stale. Other locations have much more variety of food and better quality.
