- Cleanliness, location the rooms were large and comfortable
- Nice staff, free breakfast, quiet part of Vegas, no resort fees. Worked well for younger kids because no crowds, no casino, and it was quiet. Bonus was not spending $15 each for a breakfast buffet for my kids to only in a slice of toast and a yogurt cup.
- We didn't notice that the shuttle didn't start running until 7 am. The hotel did call us a cab that was there in minutes... of course it was an expense we hadn't counted on but it was only<span class $20 plus a tip
Cons -
- The guest service representative that checked us in at 1:00 am was rude, did not clearly explain hotel policy ( pet fee) and charged us for a service animal even though I prepaid for my room and was rude to the door dash driver when he came who was nice
- Dirty floors inside the room. Fridge was sticky. We got the suite, and the sheets in the fold out bed had hair and food crumbs on them. The regular bed was supposed to be king, but was a queen instead, and was very lumpy and bowed towards the middle.
- Surprise $150 pet fee to have my hypo allergenic dog stay in the room with me for a night... Completely ridiculous that the staff couldn't compromise with me. I would understand a $25 to even $50, but $150 !?!?! Madness.
