Hilton Grand Vacations on Paradise (Convention Center)

Location was good. First impressions were fine, clean, friendly staff, etc. pool and hot tub were enjoyed.

We arrived around 8 p.m., which we told them we would. During the night and all morning a strong odor permeated the room. It smelled like marijuana. Told the front desk. Had to make 2 calls and first was told someone would come immediately. Didn’t happen. Second time it was verified the room had to be fumigated and could not be inhabited. Was told it was a no smoking resort. Room was moved to a different floor and was much better.

Cleanliness and how easy it was to get in and out of the hotel

The location was perfect. It was a little off the strip. Away from the traffic and noise. But close enough to anything and anywhere. We had no problems getting a uber. Everything was less than 20 minutes away. We also loved that every time we went out, we came back to a clean room with a fresh set of towels and a clean bed with fresh sheets. It was nice to come back from being out all day and coming back to a clean room. We recommend this property if you want to stay a little bit off the strip, but you’re still close to everything.

Breakfast is totally inadequate: a muffin, coffee and a juice. If you want something more (like what they sell as a breakfast) you have to pay. Boiled eggs: have to pay. DO NOT include breakfast in your stay, or you end up paying double. I returned the breakfast vouchers the second day, now expecting some kind of refund.I was there 5 nights, 3 of them there was only 1 working elevator out of 3: long lines and waiting timesAt the beginning wi-fi was not working, got NO help from the front desk staff, just a number to call which I couldn't do as I was roaming. I had fo tix it myself with google's helpAt checkin I received no tickets for water (1 ticket daily for 2 bottles), so I had to buy a gallon of water. I saw people changing the tickets during the stay, asked for mine and got them.

The property provides excellent access to local transportation, offering guests convenient connectivity throughout the area. An onsite store and café are available at reasonable prices, adding both value and convenience. The inclusion of designated workspaces enhances the property’s suitability for business and extended stays. Recreational amenities, including the gym and pool, are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Guest rooms are well appointed with practical features such as a stove, refrigerator with freezer, full-size sink, and dishwasher, making them particularly accommodating for longer visits. The staff demonstrate professionalism and attentiveness, consistently contributing to a welcoming and comfortable environment.

This hotel was an amazing deal. Staff was noteworthingly present, respectful, and helpful. Walking distance to the convention center which I didn't think was feasible anywhere in Vegas. We appreciated the calmness of the hotel even more than we thought we would.

Everything! We’ve had a little bit of hectic schedule of our three day stay, nevertheless we liked absolutely everything. First, it’s an oasis of calm in a city that never sleeps. So, I’d definitely recommend it to families or people who want to get acquainted with the city. The room is absolutely clean and full of different amenities. Very client-oriented. All the communication with reception is easy and helpful. There is a nice shop with everything you need. Monorail is in a couple minutes walking distance- it connects with everything touristic in a city.
