- The staff is great! Friendly, helpful, and attentive.
- Clean and comfortable! I would rather pay a bit more to have a room like this one. Breakfast was great and hotel employee who takes care of it, she is just wonderful and friendly.
- The staff was very friendly and accommodating with our dogs.
Cons -
- The room was subpar. The furniture was chipped, the drawers on the dresser and nightstands did not close, and both chairs were tattered. I've stayed in a king bedroom at this hotel many times, and they were much better. This room was expensive and BAD!
- Nothing at all. We love the cleanliness of the place and room.
- Only 1 staff member present and not able to leave desk to assist guests.
