- Updated flooring and new tv, although it was frustrating to get channels
- I rented this room for my sister and her friend to stay the night because she was moving from Raton, NM. When the the clerk asked for her ID he noticed her address on her drivers license was local I explained all her belongings were packed in a U Haul .
- The room was clean and smelled great
Cons -
- Sign did not work, it was very hard to find
- He said it was against policy to rent to a local person, but would with the understanding that there would be no other person in the room. He restated this rudely several times to my 66 year old Sister insinuating she was going to do something
- The tv did not work
