- New, clean, and friendly front desk staff. Loved that it had a nice bar, that is a plus at a hotel of this category. Location was great, lots of Uber activity close by.
- Great hotel with excellent customer service. We were very comfortable here.

Cons -
- The open-shower concept with the gap where the door should be is a trend that needs to go away. It's waste of towels, as the water gets all over the floor and it is just uncomfortable in general. Also noice from the upstairs floor, build lacks quality.

- We did not check into our room until 6pm. There was a football team that stayed the night before and the rooms were rushed for cleaning... out pillows were not changed, I could smell men body odors. Lots of issues and I like staying at that hotel.
