Pros +

Nice big rooms, close to lots of restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room size and comfortable springy mattress.
Clean, moderate size room.

Cons -

It's dirty. There was blood on the door. They shouldn't be allowed to advertise that they have breakfast. There is a waffle maker but no batter for it. They seemed to be reusing coffee grounds, making coffee that looked like diluted tea.
Even though we booked several weeks in advance, we ended up with upstairs roons. Stairare difficult for my stepdaughter who is disabled and me, an old guy. We managed ok, but would have been more comfortable on the ground floor
The hotel was full and I could not stay there, even after my card was charged.

Clean, moderate size room.

No break fast in the AM advertise as comes with breakfast. Coffee not sure if water was even changed & clean. Upon check in late night I already noticed a pot so not sure if itÂ¿s the same in the AM.
