- There is nothing that I did not like
- I fell on the uneven sidewalk outside Lobby, a nice man NIT affiliated with hotel came to my side & also went inside to express to Lobby assistant for assistance; Not one employee from hotel came to help me. When I finally got up from ground with help from family & strangers I went inside Lobby hobbling to elevator. Nobody from this hotel looked my way or asked about me! That to me cancelled out any goodness I thought of this establishment. Very Bad Customer Service. ?
