The property is very maintained, felt more like a living community like a nice apartment complex than a hotel. I didn’t expect a nice and comforting hotel to be hidden. Staff were very polite and friendly. For the price I was surprised with an entire kitchen in the room which I rarely see with a hotel rooms for this price.

The cigarette smell was my only issue, it wasn’t a major issue but I can understand how hard it can be to maintain this issue with guests.

You need a car for this one - or a taxi fare! Nowhere near downtown but relatively easy to find off one of the main East-West streets. This is a series of small apartments rather than motel or hotel. Plenty of car parking. I think some people may be long-term residents. Room perfectly comfortable but I detected smoking, but not enough to have me check-out! Not really much in the way of places to eat nearby - but if you hop in your car .... Very helpful young man on reception who provided me with some tape to deal with my vandalised car (NOT vandalised at the Apartments I must stress!) and the hotel cat is lovely (so if you are a cat lover, book now!). I was there for the Balloon Fiesta and one of the park and rides is 5 minutes down the main street so ideal location.

Ciggy smoke smell detected on the landing. Not good was my first impression but nothing in the NO SMOKING room. I am a STRICTLY NO SMOKING customer so any place with even the smell of smoking won't score highly from me. The BBQ place was suggested to me for dinner - a short walk up the road. It was DIRE - my worst meal in nearly a month in the States. I gave the meat to the cat but didn't enquire if he ate it!

The clerk was very nice and helped us enjoy the check in . Rooms were clean .

I would say just the fact u have to pay for lil amenities to use but it's not much so not a big problem.

This hotel is a pleasant surprise: What they provide - a functional, safe, clean and comfortable lodging place at a convenient location - exceeds the price they ask for. People working at the front desk are kind, helpful, demonstrate a high level of professionalism in a pleasant manner.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Property had nice curb appeal, and the room was clean. Kitchenette was what sold it.

Decor was plain, and there was some wear and tear that was noticed There was no accent chair and there was only 1 nightstand. When I inquired at the desk as to what happened I was told that the Choice Corporation no longer required these in their rooms. So this facility has been removing them. I can only assume that perhaps if these items get damaged, they remove them and just don't bother to replace . Unfortunately, our room was one of them. It leaves a big bare area that is just totally unappealing. What's funny is their pictures on their website and at the front desk show the rooms with the accent chair.

Good size studio has stoves,cooking wares, refrigerator and microwave. Good location closely to highways.
