Garner Hotel Albuquerque Airport by IHG

Location was great. Clean and quiet

Comfortable beds, pretty quiet considering the area not so good but overall a good stay.

Bathroom needs to be updated but overall room is nice.

Location was good. Could use better pillows, neck soreness the next day.

WiFi kept buffering and channel selection was VERY limited. I would have liked more options of channels. Restroom wasn't completely cleaned, hair still remained in sinks and bathtub.

Good location

The bathroom door didn’t close, the shower floor was not stable, and the toilet was very low and didn’t flush well. The air conditioner unit was falling off the wall and was extremely noisy so I was not able to sleep well.

Location was great and it was a very good price for a very nice room.

Internet access was poor in my room. The hot tub was having maintenance while I was there.

Staff were excellent. From collecting me at airport in the hotel mini-van, till i was dropped off the next morning the care was superb. I was given some good restaurant information and locations. Morning breakfast was good. I didn't realise they had an indoor piol till later.

Room walls thin so noise from above and sides travels easily.

Staff are always friendly & helpful.

For me breakfast is ok, for my husband he really likes the eggs & link sausage.

It was super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but had everything you needed. Was a great hotel for the price.

Just would have liked a bit more sugar free breakfast options. My husband is diabetic and he only had a couple of options for breakfast. Luckily they served eggs and sausage. He couldn't eat anything else, but we were grateful for that.
