- Asked for a king room. None was available on the floor with the other family members that we was with There were no carrier for us to take our bags to and from the room when we checked in and checked out. We had to carry our belongings in hand

- Rudest with lots of attitude African American woman front desk not even a thank you when checking in. No plug charge my phone near my bed Mold bathroom shower Bed smelled Smoke smell first floor No towels at the pool which was gross and dirty
- Barking dogs. Insanely loud hallways. We left unable to sleep.
- They posted me as a no show as I called and specifically said it would be the middle of the night, that?s why I scheduled 2 nights for a family emergency. Then the room we got smelled of bad body order and the pillows stunk. Not acceptable
