Shower was not cleaned well

Absolutely loved the shower and the set up of the room. It felt cozy.

Netflix didn’t work on the remote control. Couldn’t watch anything except regular tv

I liked how the shower was a perfect amount of space without it feeling cramped especially since it was a standing shower. The bed size was absolutely the perfect size. I loved how there was spot to hang up my jacket and scarf. I loved the tv which was large and the sound system was excellent.

The only suggestion I have is improvement of the pillows for the bed. The quality was good but not great. It was hard to be comfortable at first since it was a bit too soft for me and my partner but eventually we made it work.

Love this location near my son’s college and easy access to town. Also on the river.

They should not charge for parking. I can understand $5 but $20 for a lot that is not even half full is not needed.

Staff is very nice, the breakfast is good and rooms are clean and comfortable.

It was horrible experience

The front desk young woman that was working when we checked in , unprofessional and rude, was harassed by a man that was staying at the hotel, claiming we were being loud which was not true are the walks there made of paper ?! , front desk called are room twice , then front desk came to our room with some guy and we were told either we leave or they were calling the cops ! This all occurred between 8 pm to around 9:30 pm , this all was set up by who ever that guess was staying at the hotel, me and the guest I was staying with saw him outside by the side door smoking , he was sitting on the concrete planter there , he was sitting in fresh blood when the guest I was with said to him , “ sir do you know your’e in blood , he gave a evil smirk and went back in the hotel, we went back in and my guest went to our room , I went to the front dest and told her about the blood , she asked me to show her where, which I did and she stated she was going to look at the cameras it was after this is when she the front desk person claimed other guest/guest were complaining about me and my guest were being loud , which was not true !! Paid $250 to stay there and didn’t , I was so upset of the aggressiveness and threatening manner of the front desk woman and the man that came to our room , that I left personal belongings there rushing out , never again would I stat or recommend it to anyone !!!

Great staff, great room and great location on the highway. free parking.

Toilet didn't drain. Notified the front desk who sent someone to fix it, but didn't. Still didn't work when we left.

No pool in such a nice hotel.

The location was convenient, right off the highway and close to food options . The rooms were spacious and clean.

Would have liked a wider fruit selection in the continental breakfast. Coffee was a little weak.

Breakfast was decent. I did not have the eggs but my wife and mother in law did not like them. Said they did not taste good.

Hotel was clean. Staff was nice, breakfast was good.

The location was good but there was no bus service to the airport.
