- I love the front lobby staff very courteous when we registered.
- The Breakfast was excellent ??
- The breakfast had lots of options, though I wish they'd had more non pork options for meat.
Cons -
- Yes, The Pool Area Was Extremely Cold It Felt Like The Air Conditioner Was On. I Went To The Front Desk & Complained & Nothing Happened. I Was Traveling With 2 Young Children & They Were Shivering. Please Address This With Management. Very Unsatisfied
- Room too cold when we checked in, had to send up the engineer. Also, couldn't reach desk because phone wasn't working. Both situations were fixed by next day.
- The loud traffic. Even on the 8th floor is sounded like the big trucks and engine brake?s were right outside your room unfortunately. We had to turn on white noise as loud as possible on our phones to drowned out the traffic passing by.
