Pros +
- The manager here has been so very kind and accommodating to be. The rest of the staff, lincluding, housekeeping have been so inviting, kind as well as very accommodating…I’m very satisfied.
- The transition with the Frontline clerk when checking in was very Welcomeing..Greeting Fantastic
- Everyone was polite, and very willing to help.
Cons -
- The breakfast could be stretched out to 10:00 am which I’ve already addressed. Three sets of towels would be nice since housekeeping is scheduled for every three days.
- After three trips to this hotel I was created by the same staff who has an attitude issue. Does not do the job correctly. Gave me keys that one didn't work three times in a row and then give me a key to someone else's room
- The Dinning Area Worker on the weekends watch you like a Hulk. If there is 2 of us I need 2 make a plate for 2. 1 waffle 1 bagel 2eggs 2 yogurts 2 juice. We always keep the area used clean as we dine in the room..She's not pleasant at all..very slim wom

Everyone was polite, and very willing to help.
The "fixtures", especially in the bathroom/shower, were both outdated and not clean.
