Offering a heated outdoor swimming pool, Point Pleasant Manor is located 1 block from the beach. Free Wi-Fi access is available. A flat-screen cable TV and refrigerator are included in each simply furnished guest room. Select rooms have a pool view. A poolside snack bar and vending machines provide refreshments. Jenkinson's Boardwalk is just 4 minutes’ drive from the property. Bay Head train station is 10 minutes’ walk.

Pros +
- Their hospitality was impeccable. Staff accommodate every need when requested. The hotel was warm and inviting. The rooms and hotel maintained sanitary conditions at all times. All guests were pleasant. Pool was quite and peaceful . Highly recommend .
- The lobby and grounds were great. There are 48 rooms that are ok for a short stay. The beds need to be updated cause this is the main reason of the room rental. The pool is great, plenty of lounge chairs and four small gazebo¿s for staying out of the sun.
- The room was clean and very presentable.
Cons -
- Should include on website to bring own towels for pool. Overall nothing needs to improve.
- The beds were not very good. The bathroom is small but nothing compared to the shower. Super small. Lots of wasted space that could make the sleeping and bathroom area a better fit but it would require a tear n rebuild of the bath area
- Me and my family did not get any sleep, because the walls are not sound proof. We could not enjoy an evening in the pool, because people were smoking Hookas in the pool and using fowl language.
