Pros +
- They were kind, knowledgeable, very help and pleasing to they customers.
- Felt fresh and modern. More than adequate for the overnight stay.
- Room layout is nice for the space
Cons -
- Although the location was good for what I needed (close proximity to a place I was going), the general area was not great - tons of traffic and somewhat peculiar roadways including the entry into the hotel parking lot.
- The lobby was used for a party, so there were alot of kids hanging and playing in the front lobby upon check-in. As a result of the party there was quite a bit of glitter and trash on the floor, which was eventually cleaned, but was noticeable.
- Finding dirty, used needles in the bag with the hair dryer, blood inside the drawer and on sink handle. When I brought it to the staffs attention it was an instant hush hush to cover their asses. Still trying to get a hold of the manager 3 days later
