- Very disappointed
- I liked it's location, the amenities, how close the beach was and the tiki bar.
- I liked the location, the room and the amenities.
Cons -
- The checkin staff was very rude and second guessing everything we did.
- I did not like that breakfast was not included in the steep overall price that was paid. The restaurant on the 1st floor that offered breakfast, only offered a basic breakfast and charged too much for it.
- Check-in time is too late...4pm. It should be at 2pm. For early check-in at 12pm, there is a $50 fee, but that day it was waived.
