- A front desk staff member and a manager were very rude and unprofessional. The night before checking out I had asked a front desk staff member if my son could be given a grace period to come back from his soccer tournament around 11am just to shower and I was granted that accommodation. The next morning I wanted to confirm this to make sure there would be no issues and when I asked the staff member at the front desk, she said there was nothing noted in our account and that checkout is at 11am. I explained to her who offered this accommodation and she we need to check out by 11am in a very snippy tone. As I was explaining to this staff members that the way she spoke was not professional at all, especially being in the hospitality business, a manager approached and got rude with me. The manager's approach was very unprofessional to stay the least. The conversation ended when she said, in a sarcastic tone, "Have a beautiful day. Enjoy your tournament." The exchange was recorded via video and audio.
