- Tried to scam an extra $20 by saying company policy to charge for late checkout from 11-12 noon
- All carpeting was dirty. Halls are dark and smell like weed and cigs. I complained but maintenance said he didn?t smell anything. Did not feel safe at this hotel but couldn?t cancel because non refundable
- Not enough choices of breakfast, and housekeeping is not around when you need them
