- The amenities and in particular, the greeting and hospitality, I got from the desk upon arrival.
- Everything! The customer service, the staff, the dinner I had and the excellent organization of the personal hygiene items.
- It was terrible experience

- There was a partially full cup on the night stand.
- The cost of 1 small bag of potato chips and 1 small bag of pretzels costing me $8.50!
- The air conditioning was not working, the shower was not working and made up for HK. people
