I was told through booking.com my room was paid for and I didn't need to pay anymore when I got to the hotel I got dirty looks from the staff when I tried to stay during the convention because I have tattoos then they just kept telling me they needed more money and didn't explain why the lady was rude the whole staff had attitudes im assuming it was because of my tattoos there was no other reason for it.. I've never had an experience like this in my life.. so I got charged all this money for a room and never got to stay there it was a horrible experience never again

It was big and beautiful. The pub food was delicious.

Room was small. You have to pay for everything. If they could figure out a way to make you pay for running water, I think they would.

We went to the cobra Kai convention weekend. The staff were amazing, Emily helped us with the check in and we were able to check in early to go to the convention. The hotel was very clean, bed very comfortable. The staff very attentive and professional.

We didn’t like The breakfast . The staff were very helpful, and professional, the ladies were very attentive, but the eggs were so cold like if they were boiled the day before and put in the fridge, we couldn’t eat them. Scrambled eggs cold too . The coffee was perfect!!
