- Dirty .. everything smell like smoke sheets, blankets pillows towels was disgusting couldn’t sleep, causing turning all night woke up with a headache smell like smoke beds were uncomfortable
- I didn't like that there were children sitting on steps hitting the air units outside my room. Standing a crowd in front of my door being loud.

Location, cleanliness, nice/clean room
I was aggravated by the incompetency of a Spanish woman stating I didn’t pay for my stay. I had extended my stay & I kept explaining I had confirmation it was paid in full. I ask if it wasn’t paid why was my door access card extended to open & why would they bother me in the evening instead of the morning if I wasn’t paid in full??
