Boardwalk Resorts at Atlantic Palace

I love the the studio room amenities I love it came with extra covers and cleaning supplies the view was beautiful

The key details of cleaning , a lot of the furniture was rusty and old condition the curtains had food stains on them the couch was worn down extremely badddddd the carpet & chairs smelled funky only in one spot

The hotel room was outdated. The sofa was ripped and worn out. The bed was hard and not very comfortable and the tub was dirty. We had to clean it out before using it.

Nice view, Good location on the boardwalk, and room was comfortable (bed comfortable) and even though it is an older building, everything was working and fine. Staff was helpful generally speaking, security and parking, maintenance and sales.

At the front desk, person was on a personal call and so waited for her to end that. I told her I had requested an early check-in and had been told based on availability in writing. She told me that because I used a 3rd party vendor to book, (booking.com) I was the lowest person on the list and she used her hand to show me how low I was, pushing it down like a plunger. So my needs/wishes, etc. were bottom on the barrel. I found it odd that how I booked made me so unimportant? (porta potty of guests evidently) Atlantic Palace does everything right and yet one person (my greeter) made me feel not wanted. :(
