Just a mile north of Woodstock and 1.5 miles off I-93, this motel’s property borders the Pemigewasset River and offers views of Kinsman and Lafayette Ranges. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the motel. Cable TV is in every room or cottage at Franconia Notch Motel. They are also equipped with refrigerators and air-conditioned. The Lincoln Franconia Notch Motel has outdoor picnic tables and BBQ facilities. The property is completely smoke-free. Whales Tail Water Park is half a mile from the motel. - Cute little cabin with 2 beds in different rooms. I loved the little creek running in the back.

- This place was way overpriced for the quality of the room.
- Everything was fine.
- This is a half star hotel at best. Plywood walls, everything is at least 30-40 years old if not more. Just disgusting. Something you¿d expect from a $--- motor lodge not a $--- night in a ski town.
