Located one mile from Weirs Beach, this motel features an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and lush landscaped grounds. Fun Spot Arcade is 2 miles from the motel. A microwave and refrigerator are included in every guest room at the Bay Top Motel. Cable TV and a private bathroom with hairdryer are also available. Table tennis is provided for entertainment at the Laconia Bay Top Motel. Barbecue facilities are on-site for guests to use. Coffee is available every morning in the motel lobby. Mt. Washington Cruises are half a mile from the motel. Skiing at Gunstock Mountain Resort is 8 miles away.

- Very cute and was convenient for my concert event
- The location and beautiful grounds.
- Great location, wonderful staff, very clean. I felt welcomed the moment I arrived.
Cons -
- No
- Liked everything about this hotel.
- Unfortunately, due to Covid, the hot tub was more of a warm tub than a hot tub to save on electricity. I would definitely like to visit again under better circumstances.
