Hotel staff, location, breakfast, and price point.
The hotel is lovely and the staff were great.
Staff were amazing

Cons -

Do many dogs stay at the hotel with their owners. And guests drop their trash out in the hallways at night, then that yeah stays in the hallways until housekeeping works in the late morning or afternoo, the next day.
More Breakfast variety and housekeeping for multi night stays.
We had an accessible room but the distance from the room to the lobby was to far a walk for the one that needed to be in that room. Which meant we had to bring her breakfast to the room for her which got cold on the way back.
