Cons -

It was very dirty in all common spaces No bread for toast - no coffee - no fruit
NO towels in the pool area and no clean towels were delivered to our room the whole time we were there. When we asked for towels we were told they would "see what we can do" but nothing was done. Our 5 kids and 2 adults dried off with 2 damp towels.
Breakfast was ok. Could improve hot options.

The hotel itself was very clean and modern. The pool was clean and very nice for our kids.
