The young lady at check-in was extremely pleasent. After a long two days of travel, her friendly personality was refreshing after seeing so many people that seem to hate their jobs. She is a true asset to the hospitality industry.

The view from the suite was fantastic! Nice decor and very upper class feel. Beds are fantastic... never been disappointed with Marriott beds.

Cons -

Surprisingly the sheets were very rough.
Many disappointments with the room (tiny unlined trash cans, no real fridge) and the service level didn't quite meet my expectations for the class of room.(Pesidential Suite)
