- Loved the aesthetic. Great location. Friendly staff.
- The staff definitely made this trip. Our favorites were staff at the front desk, as well as the rooftop bartender, and staff at the downstairs bar. Everyone showed us such warm hospitality and consideration.

- Parking was expensive for the weekend in the garage.
- I wish there was a better parking option than valeting every day as it got expensive, but I did appreciate the convenience of it.
- The front desk staff was rude. Their customer service was awful. A homeless man chased my husband in their parking garage. They were unable to give us the room we booked.
