Good breakfast. Good location

There was a constant buzzing noise in my room from the hot air heat system being expelled outside. I had to change rooms.

The hotel itself was great.

The breakfast was very good amazing selection. Location was great close to most places downtown and easy to get to hotel.

Clean room, not very noisy. The pool and exercise was nice. Good hot breakfast. Except no cream cheese for bagels.

Parking was a hassle. Had to scan the side of the building and go through the text. It didn't work the first time, but someone from the staff helped get it right.it still cost $15 per night. The Shower needed a bath mat. Shower Floor was very slippery. No pens or paper in the room if you want to jot something down.Window shade didn't make the room dark at night. Too much light shining in at night. Ice maker didn't work on the floor I was on. Had to give a $50 deposit and they wouldn't give it to me when I checked out like they first said. I have to wait for booking. com to give it back.

The rooms were clean.

Parking…the spots in the small lot where small. Had to pay for parking and every night when we got back to hotel there were no spots left.

Breakfast was nice. Rooms were clean.

We booked through Booking and not sure if that’s why, we had a room with a beautiful view of the parking lot, at the end of the hall, far from the elevator. ?

The breakfast was good and opened promptly. The front desk attendant the morning of Feb 2 was also super. Room appeared clean.

Not nearly enough parking and the spaces were too small (I drive a minivan). The front desk attendant the afternoon of the 31st did not know how to check people in efficiently. The evening attendant on the 31st had poor communication hand off with morning staff. Also hot water was not available at 6 am of Feb 2.

Location was great

Paid for parking but there were not enough parking spaces. The shower water did not have hot water. The outlet did not work, so my electric didn’t charge.
