The hotel was located in an industrial area. The hotel looked nice but had a musty smell.
this hotel used to be the best, now it's a shell of it's former glory..it went from 4 star to 2 star.
The staff here has always been good until this visit. The lady at the front desk is very rude and not helpful. This hotel was always good until the last 6 months. We will not come back after this last visit.

Rude kitchen employee wearing sandals who started a verbal confrontation from me because I was at the continental breakfast at 5:50 am instead of 6am.
