Comfort Inn Omaha

It was a nice clean hotel. For the price I was very surprised how good it was.

Easy off from the interstate. Breakfast was very good with many choices. The rooms were very quiet with comfortable beds. There were sufficient outlets for electronics.

Would prefer Honey Crisp, Fuji or pink ladies for apples over the pulpy Macintosh provided.

Location was great. Small pet fee.

Could only go in and out of main lobby doors.

After a late night (smooth/simple) check in i kept walking long laps around the building for the parking lot (forgot items). Clean, friendly, helpful staff

Friendly staff, very quiet and conveniently located to the interstate. Room was very comfortable.

The only thing I would say for people traveling with pets is there’s not a lot of grass, not the hotels fault but there is a small grassy area at the end of the one hallway that I found.

The location worked well for our purpose. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The Breakfast was very good. The suite we were in was nice

The one staff person on duty was very busy and had a difficult time getting things done. Had to come back to the front desk numerous times to get the things requested at Check in. Eventually we got everything we needed.

We did not get the rooms we reserved and were short two beds for a family of seven. The bathroom is very dirty. Our sink has been epoxied together. The leak in the ceiling was very shoddily repaired at some point. The AC is VERY noisy. No couch. Just a side chair and a little bistro table. There is no hot tub, despite the photos of one.
