Hyatt Place Omaha/Downtown-Old Market

The location is great. I arrived on the Greyhound bus and the hotel is close to the bus station. It's also walking distance to the Old Market Quarter and wasn't too far from a bus stop to get to Omaha Zoo.Everyone I interacted with at the front desk was super friendly and helpful too.The pool is a nice plus!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is awesome.

A full service bar and restaurant would be a nice addition.

Location is great. Though, downtown street construction was inconvenient.

Our room by the elevator was a little noisy. However, the late night partiers coming in at 12 & 1 am were were a major disruption.

Staff responded to my request to change rooms very graciously. Breakfast was wonderful. Lovely hotel. Having parking garage a plus. I can walk to my favorite shops in the Old Market. There is an ice cream shop right across the street..can it get any better than that??

I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer.

Great location. Parking was easy it get to and I liked that it was on property and not across the street. Our room was comfortable.

The pool room was like a sauna. There is no hot tub, which was a disappointment.

Nice downtown hotel. Cordial staff. Large room with big desk. Good breakfast with protein (eggs, cold cuts), fresh fruit, pastries. On-site parking structure.

The location in the Old Market was great. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was good lighting. We were glad to see oatmeal and almond milk at breakfast.

Eggs were tasteless and overcooked as well as sausage.
