Location, facilities, and amenities
My only issue was that the mattress was not very comfortable, especially for a hotel of this quality, that surprised me. However, everything else was great.

Breakfast good, fresh and hot dish prepared to order by cook.
Parking at $25 valet is expensive. Parking App is unfriendly and took ten minutes to pay online.Hotel must fix this pricey and inconvenient service.This is Lincoln Nebraska not New York City!

The location was good. Price was so so. However, my conference was at the same location which made it an easy choice. The valet is a perk!

The overall appearance of the hotel was exceptional. Breakfast was amazing. Hotel bar and grill had really good food and complimentary 2 drink ticket. Overall hotel and staff were outstanding.
When booking an ADA room make sure it is just that. The room was ok. However the beds were to close together and to close to the walls to get a wheelchair between. My biggest complaint would be the bathroom. NOT ADA applicable! No shower seat (had to ask for one to be brought to the room. No removable shower head and no handrails in the shower or around the toilet.

Difficulty checking in because Booking.com didn’t push the reservation through and their customer service rep was ineffective. Thankful to Nick Greiss, the manager at Embassy for getting us rebooked at the same booking.com rate

The breakfast was awesome. Location downtown is perfect.
We had a res. for 2 queen beds, when we checked in the room only had 1 bed. They had over booked, didn't care that we had no beds.
