- The staff & location
- the gal that ck'd us into the hotel. the buffet breakfast was vast. we saw the gal working it, once during our meal. we feel it could use more attention than that.
- The lady checking me in was really sweet and put us in a quiet area of the hotel. The room was also very clean and very nice!
Cons -
- Dishes were not cleaned in the galley kitchen cabinet. 2 coffee cups still had old coffee residue and fork had old egg on it
- the gal that ck'd us out was quite glib & tried to make excuses for the maid when we reported a previous GUEST had used the bathroom to smoke. the towels smelled as if ashtrays & we had to use the exhaust fan in an attempt to alleviate the odor.
- Room could us updating - furniture/cabinets worn and needed repair
