Pros +
- The bed was comfortable. The hotel has a lot of potential to be nice.
- Staff were prompt and helpful
- The hotel was all around great! Room was clean, quiet and a great size - didn't feel cramped! Pool and hot tub area was nice and open until 11pm. Very friendly staff. Would most definitely recommend!!
Cons -
- The cleaning was poor. Red (hopefully not blood) stains on sheets, the vent in bathroom hasn’t been cleaned for years, & the tub drain didn’t work. The breakfast was bad. Things were constantly out and slow to refill.
- Very run down, old carpets, desk chair was missing a wheel, no phone in room, tv was not hooked up, noise from locks being changed on the entire floor at 10 pm
- It was very dirty and unkept. The hot tub was disgusting.
