Pros +

  • The staff is very friendly and the bathroom was handicapped friendly. That did help with my post back surgery needs.
  • There was nothing we liked about this facility. It was very dirty, the walls had stains on them, the beds were awful and nothing worked. We had to ask the staff several times about getting our TV fixed as we did not have a working TV.
  • Staff was friendly.

  • It is an older facility, kind of bland looking, older hotel and rooms.
  • We had booked over a month in advance for our stay and we had asked on booking to have conjoined rooms with another family we were traveling with. When we got there for check in, it took over 20 mins to get us checked in and we were then told that our rooms had been given away and we were asked to switch to a double handicapped room, despite paying for a king room. The room was dirty, we did not have the option of switching as they were full that night. We had no TV or working fridge, the room was missing certain items, like a phone, the shelves in the fridge and the TV not only did not work, but there were wires and cords all over hanging down from it. It took staff over an hour to attempt to fix it, at which point we were told they didn't have an answer and we would just have to go without. When we checked out, we were told the manager would be calling us about our issues and a possible discount. This was on Saturday, it is now Wednesday, I have called 4x asking to speak with the manager and not only has she never been available, she has yet to return our call. I absolutely would never recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly.

Quiet comfortable room. Basis breakfast. Hallway needs a cleaning, but everything else was good
