The wonderful person at the check in and check out desk was so friendly and nice!!!
Comfortable beds and soft sheets.
Morning desk person was very helpful and kind. She helped me with printing a letter.

Cons -

No room housekeeping during our 3 night stay.
Room was cold when we arrived. It was cold outside.
The bed was terrible.
