- rooms had a smell to them and the carpets were very damp. but overall very accommodating, nice hotel. a little overpriced for the experience but everything in the area seems overpriced. So overall happy with the hotel. Probably wouldn't stay here again

- Yes when we checked in they couldn't find the reservation even with the confirmation number
- damp carpets, the first room smelled like a wet dog and bothered my allergies, but they accommodated us and gave us a different room.
