- No extra pillow
- Flooded hallway. The only window to the room goes to the hallway. Loud. Cold, cold room. Barely a sheet for bedding. Tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner (1 each).
- That hotel didn't want to let my two service dogs in the hotel then he said I could only have one in the hotel bullshit so my two service dogs had to stay in the car and the room was shitty
