- both receptions bartender was horrible office manager on duty at check out refused to accomodate an late check out but i could pay to have a late check out all though i was already paying for premium suite riddle me that
- Nobody showed up when the bedroom wouldn?t work. The breakfast was not stocked enough for the volume of people.
- Nothing worked. Had to get a new microwave, no racks in the refrigerator. The water in the shower was spitting out muddy-like water on one occasion.
