- It was an aesthetically pleasing hotel but the hallways in the 4th floor was very warm and humid. Hotel employee was great!
- The staff makes it a pleasure to visit each and every time!
- It was recently gutted and rebuilt from an old Holiday Inn months ago. It’s absolutely beautiful!! Wow!! We did a last minute week long reservation because of a bad experience at a different hotel down the street. And they let us check in early. Saved us!
Cons -
- “Char” was not only rude to me but other guests as well. I was surprised by this behavior but you could tell there were some people she was nice to, but I guess I didn’t fit the profile. Horrible staff experience.
- Pool was undergoing construction and maintenance.
- Air conditioning very noisy
