- The pool was a mess, trash in there, no room service at all, no towels or wash clothes, we were tolded we had to request and when we did they said they could not offer us service. I am very disappointed.

- No hot breakfast as promised. The food warmer was hot with no food in it or no sign of food ever being in it at 8am. I was on 5th floor. Wet carpet at air conditioner in hallway. Elevator not working morning I left
