- The staff, wer friendly, helpful and accommodating. They were constantly working to keep things clean and assist guest.
Cons -
- Computers down, no staff, long check in, reservation not found, several people assigned same room . People trying to enter room several times!! Tv service interrupted every time new person was assigned same room. No sleep!!!
- The room keys kept failing, had to replace them at least twice.
- Prepaid reservation was cancelled when we reported to the hotel at 11:00pm , even though we called and said we were going to be late. Had to pay another rate to the hotel because our prepaid reservation was cancelled.

Room was clean and fine.
