- Like the front desk support. Very helpful arranging the transport from the RDU to the hotel @ 8pm
Cons -
- Walking in white socks on the room floor got my socks dirty. Rugs need shampooed.
- The breakfast was the worst I have ever had at a Holiday Inn Express
- Window blind was broken and would not close.
