- .... the most dirty dusty room I've ever had there were blood stains on the bed my brother woke up with a roach crawling on his bed the carpets were stained the pool and hot tub were closed and those were the reason we picked that hotel I have so many pic

- The assigned room was filthy and smelled of stale smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Someone had opened the door and drove the door knob thru the wall. After I was advised that this was the only room available and I said we were leaving another room was found. The second room was cleaner but only had one king bed for three people. I stated that we were checking out and stated that our reservation for the following week was to be cancelled. The clerk said she was new and did not know how to cancel a future reservation so she called her supervisor and told me she would take care of it and c all me if there were any problems. Needless to say I did not leave until I had a cancelled reservation in my hand.

The lights were on

Great location, friendly desk person upon check-in
The room stunk like cigarette smoke and was dirty...right down to the cigarette but on the floor! There was other debris on the carpet and a used water bottle in the trash can. NOT GOOD!!
